OK, I am 10 months out today and 166 pounds less (including pre-op). I think pics will tell better story than I write here. Still losing, still focus on the program even though where was a challenge a little while ago that I had to take care of. But overall... wonderful journey, Regrets? Oh hell yeah! Why I did not do it sooner
