Well, I lost about 75lbs in the first 6 months and the last 25 in the last 6 months. That's a guess but it was around that. After the 6 month mark I have averaged about 4-5lbs a month. I have not been as hard core though either. I am happy with the way I look, so it's just icing on the cake from here on out for me, so I am not too strict. I mostly focus on getting in my 70 grams of protein and never stuff myself, otherwise I pretty much eat what I want. I am still losing, so I guess it's okay.

This is exactly why I braved my fear and went ahead and posted them anyway! I hoped it would help someone else to free themselves from their chains. Have peace in your heart when you lie down on that table. God has a plan for your life, let it unfold. It has been the most amazing journey. I can't even relate to the girl in those old photos anymore. It has truly set me free. I pray it does the same for you.
