That's why I posted them. Actually I am kind of shy but I wanted so much to help inspire others the way that others inspired me. It really helped me to stay focused and believe it was possible for me too. I felt shy to post them but I just had to give back to the wonderful forum that helped make it all possible.

I am so happy and healthy! My number are all good finally and I feel like I can do anything now. I went to a water park the other day and climbed all those huge towers all day long. It was so fun to know I could. It was so fun too! I had to ride them all, cause I could! He! He!

You look GREAT! give me insparatiion for sure, I was 205 now 158, seems like it's SOOOOO slow and that I may never get there :( but seeing this makes me look to the future. THANKS!

You will be there in no time. It does slow down some but as long as you stick to your protein intake, you'll get there before you know it. I used shakes a lot to make my goals. So, that's an option if you have a tough time getting it all in.
