Whatcha Eating Today (Thurs 7/5/12) VSGers??
B- BF chocalate shake with Hormone free skim milk
L- Mini turkey meatloaf, 1/4 cup green beans 1/4 cup of squash/cottage cheese quiche thing
S- BabyBel cheese
D- something with ground turkey... need ideas. I have tomato sauce so I was thinking italian of some sort
Liquids- 16 in...need to pump it up
Vit- just 1 more to go
Exercise- gym tonight...hopefully!

Do you have some oregano? If so, you could cook the ground turkey in a skillet and let it simmer on the lowest heat with oregano and a small amount of tomato sauce. Then scoop a portion onto some non-stick foil, and put some low fat mozz on top. Stick under the broiler for about a minute and YUM! I make turkey "pizza" this way and it's one of my faves

L: 3 slices Tofurky "turkey"
1 ounce low fat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Fage plain greek yogurt with crystal
Light lemonade mixed in
(couldn't finish lunch)
S: 1/2 cup mixed strawberries and blueberries
D: tofu something
Water: 20 ounces so far
Vitamins: forgot them at home so I'm way off :-(
Exercise: cardio tonight
