Hi Jen!!!
You need to get your vits in gurl!!!

B: Hard Boiled Egg with 1 tbpn spicy jalapeno hummus with sprinkle of black pepper toscano cheese
S: Ice coffee with SF Almond Rocha syrup, splash of milk
L: Pork soft taco from "Chronic Taco" minus tortilla
S: ???
D: Mint Cookie Protein Shake with SF Peppermint syrup, unsweetened almond milk, blended with ice (YUM!)

Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: just 1 more Calcium w/Vit D
Exercise: already did 30 min. of brisk walking. 45 minutes of step.

I take the Bariatric Advantage Calcium + Vit D chewables, cherry flavored.  I heard there are a couple other flavors like cinnamon too.  I'm partial to chewables and these don't taste bad to me.

Oh Lord, I tried those and I thought I was going to DIE gross... I'm glad you like them thou, GUESS WHAT??? I GOT MY MINT COOKIE TODAY WooHoo!! I tried it with FF Milk and it was good all the cookie pieces go to the bottom lol... It is kind of strong but good, do you use milk or water?? How do you think I can tome down the taste just a little?? Thanks for recommending it!

 Darn gurl, I was kinda hoping you didn't like it so you could have sent me your mint tub.  JUST KIDDING!!!  ;-)
I use unsweetened almond milk & I add sugar free peppermint syrup.

Breakfast- Egg Muffin w/Turkey Snack1 - Fage Greek Yogurt Lunch - 1/2 cup Turkey Chili  Snack 2 - Cottage Cheese Dinner - TBD
  Vitiamins = Check! Workout =TBD Liquids = 33.8oz so far
