S: Trader Joe's Raw Trek Mix
D: 2 oz Chicken Marsala

Water: 68oz so far!
Vitamins:  Done!

B:  premier protein shake
S:  pepper jack cheese slice and hard boiled egg
L:  another protein shake - easiest thing on the lake
S: beef jerky
D: pork loin

Liquids: 82 oz so far
Vits - none yet...I so suck at this part
Exercise - yardwork this morning, kayaked 6 miles and 45 min of eliptical tonight

B: nectar cappucino protein shake (right when I woke up)
hard boiled egg (when I got to work)
MS: oikos blueberry greek yogurt
L: buffalo shredded chicken
S: hard boiled egg and 1 string cheese
D: no clue

exercise: boxing
water: good
vits: morning done!

 B: Premier Protein chocolate shake

L:  1 cup Fage plain Greek yogurt w/SF Torani French vanilla syrup and Splenda 

S: 1/2 small peach

D:  Gardein chicken scalopini w/ light Alfredo sauce
      1/3 cup fresh green beans

S: if I have one it will probably be 1 cup soymilk or some cherries after work out

Water : only about 30 ounces (yikes!)

Vitamins: on track

Exercise: cardio
