what do u buy at the grocery store
I'm about to go to the grocery store in a few minutes, here's what's on my list:
1/2 lb low salt turkey
mini babybel light
pam
turkey bacon
calorie countdown
Tabasco
salmon
boneless, skinless, chicken breast
lean ground turkey
Edited to add: some of my meals this week made from this list include: grilled salmon with Greek yogurt dill sauce, shredded buffalo chicken, turkey "pizza," I have plenty of other ideas if you'd like to tell me what you're into

Morning star burgers
Mesquite BBQ chicken deli meat
Low fat Swiss cheese
Spicy Thai tuna
Whole wheat crackers
Flat out wraps
Canadian bacon - little 1/2 oz slices to put pizza sauce
And cheese on - favorite meal/snack. No carb pizza!
Egg whites, turkey sausage crumbles
Chicken kabob skewers
Fresh veggies for stir fry
100 gallons of almond milk for shakes :)

I get lean ground beef to make small patties that I season various ways--sometimes Greek, sometimes Cajun, etc. Sometimes I melt cheese on top.
This week I had ground lamb cooked by a Greek recipe.
I'm all about flavor so want food I can fix different ways so I won't get tired of stuff.
I also eat a lot of cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (both flavored and plain depending on my mood and caloric/protein needs on a particular day), SF popsicles.
I particularly love cottage cheese stirred up with frozen blueberries. If I feel like going to the trouble, I put chopped fresh mint on top! The blueberries add very little in the way of calories.
