OMG! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I dont even like buffalo style stuff and I thought it was beyond amazing!

You can find it here! I put chopped onion and spinach in mine then top them with a sprinkle of shredded pepperjack cheese when they come out of the oven!

B: Mint Cookie shake made with ff calorie countdown

L: I organized a lunch here at work for a coworker that's leaving. I had a couple ounces of bbq pork loin (I made this in the slow cooker) and a couple bites of curry chicken my boss made, I think I did pretty well overall. Didn't have any rice, sugary drinks or sweets  

S: Hopefully none, but I have mini babybel light with me in case.

D: Grilled filet mignon

water: I'm behind, only 7 cups so far
vites: 1 calcium left
exercise: beach walk tonight

TGIF - boy, ain't that the truth!!!

B:  1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
L:  2 oz. lean ground beef, 1/2 cup italian style tomatoes, 2 tsp. parm cheese
S: mini Babybel Light
D: 2 oz. NY strip, 1/4 cup steamed broccoli
during workout snack: 1 scoop Nectar, 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

halfway through vites & supps, won't finish until bedtime
water/green tea -  on track
