TGIF Jen!!! Sooo happy it's Friday!!!!
I cannot wait to blow this popsicle stand today called work!!!!

B: none (my tummy was hurting this morning, didn't feel like eating... I know, not good)
S: Iced Coffee w/ SF Almond Rocha syrup, splash of 1% lowfat milk
L: IDK ... maybe plain greek yogurt (not hungry right now so nothing sounds good .... WHAT??? Did I just say that???)
S: maybe string cheese (if I feel better)
D: 1 "dry" beef rib with a few bites of peanut slaw

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: dang, I need to get on it...
Exercise: just some walking today (I feel like a lazy b**** right now)

Breakfast- Body Fortress strawbeey Shake
S- Baby bel cheese (light)
L- can chicken with greek yogurt mixed and bussel sprouts (probably2)
S-  slice of deli meat
D- who knows...going to the pool but maybe 1/2 of veggie burger when I get home.

Water...need to step on it!

L: shredded buffalo chicken (got this recipe from another OH member the other day and its THE BOMB!!!!!)

S: fresh bing cherries

D: working my second job tonight so I have no clue!

excerise: my second job has me walking around in an Emergency Room for 8 hours straight!

vits: done

water: WAY behind! UGH!

I take 2 calcium citrate petites when I first wake up with my protein shake. Then about 1.5 hours later I take a womens one a day PETITE (soooo much easier to swallow!) with my acid reducer.... which actually.. I lied... I guess I'm not done because I take another womens one a day at bed time but I dont have to worry about remembering to take anything throughout my work day which is nice.

The womens one a day have 18mg of iron in them so my NUT doesn't want me taking more iron pills on top of those two because I guess you can actually overdose on iron...

Do you only take 2 Calcium Citrates a day?  What does your doc think about you taking whole pills?  My doc doesn't want me taking anything bigger than an M&M, but it would make it so much easier! Right now Im not taking much of anything

If you buy the petites, which I buy both the multi vitamin and the calcium citrate in petites then I would say they are just a little bit bigger than an M&M
