Whatcha Eating Today (Fri 6/29/12) VSGers??
TGIF Jen!!! Sooo happy it's Friday!!!!
I cannot wait to blow this popsicle stand today called work!!!!
B: none (my tummy was hurting this morning, didn't feel like eating... I know, not good)
S: Iced Coffee w/ SF Almond Rocha syrup, splash of 1% lowfat milk
L: IDK ... maybe plain greek yogurt (not hungry right now so nothing sounds good .... WHAT??? Did I just say that???)
S: maybe string cheese (if I feel better)
D: 1 "dry" beef rib with a few bites of peanut slaw
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: dang, I need to get on it...
Exercise: just some walking today (I feel like a lazy b**** right now)

D: working my second job tonight so I have no clue!
excerise: my second job has me walking around in an Emergency Room for 8 hours straight!

I take 2 calcium citrate petites when I first wake up with my protein shake. Then about 1.5 hours later I take a womens one a day PETITE (soooo much easier to swallow!) with my acid reducer.... which actually.. I lied... I guess I'm not done because I take another womens one a day at bed time but I dont have to worry about remembering to take anything throughout my work day which is nice.
The womens one a day have 18mg of iron in them so my NUT doesn't want me taking more iron pills on top of those two because I guess you can actually overdose on iron...
