 B: Premier Protein chocolate shake

L: 1/2 cup low fat refried black beans with 
     1 ounce LF cheddar and 1 T salsa

S: 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

D:  veggie meatballs with marinara and mozzarella 

S:  not sure (maybe something post workout)

Water: 30 ounces so far

Vitamins: on track

Exercise: cardio tonight
