L: 3 turkey meatballs, 1/2 cup ragu, 1/8 cup mozzarela

D: meatloaf muffins

I take slices of oscar meyer deli ham and put them in a muffin pan. Then crack one egg into the slice of ham. I add chopped onion and spinach then bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. I then top them with cheese.

B: Hard Boiled Egg w/ 1 tbsn Spicy Jalapeno Hummus, 1/2oz. Toscano Black Pepper Cheese
S: Iced Coffee with s/f chocolate syrup (I ran out of vanilla)  ;(
L: 2oz. Pork Chop, 1/8 cup nonfat Cottage Cheese, fresh baby spinach
S: 4oz. Frozen plain greek yogurt flavored with Crystal Light Lemonade
D: Mint Cookie Protein Shake

Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 55 min. of Tae Bo Basic Boot Camp again... it kicked my ass last night!!!

B: 1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds

S: 2 oz. turkey breast cutlet

L: 2 oz. shredded Boston butt roast, 1/4 c. diced tomatoes, Laughing Cow cheese wedge

D: 2 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 c. steamed broccoli

During workout snack:  1 Tbsp. coconut oil, Syntrax Nectar shake

Hi!

It does (130 cals. per Tbsp.), but since it's a healthy fat I don't mind - it is fantastic for so many things!  I just make sure I don't use it on the same day I use olive oil.

Oops, I just realized I have 1 Tbsp., it's supposed to be 1/2 Tbsp.!

Hopefully I will NOT be eating any more zuchinni bread -

Morning iced coffee - skim milk, SF vanilla

B: scrambled egg white/turkey sausage crumble and 1/2 flat out wrap

S: protein iced coffee, hard boiled egg

L: BBQ chicken deli meat and LF swiss cheese, 1/2 flat out wrap

S: strawberries, hard boiled egg

D: either protein shake or a couple small slices of canadian bacon, a little pizza sauce and some LF mozzerella cheese (little pizzas without the bread).
