B: Hard Boiled Egg w/ 1 tbsn Spicy Jalapeno Hummus, 1/2oz. Toscano Black Pepper Cheese
S: Iced Coffee with s/f chocolate syrup (I ran out of vanilla) ;(
L: 2oz. Pork Chop, 1/8 cup nonfat Cottage Cheese, fresh baby spinach
S: 4oz. Frozen plain greek yogurt flavored with Crystal Light Lemonade
D: Mint Cookie Protein Shake
Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 55 min. of Tae Bo Basic Boot Camp again... it kicked my ass last night!!!

Morning iced coffee - skim milk, SF vanilla
B: scrambled egg white/turkey sausage crumble and 1/2 flat out wrap
S: protein iced coffee, hard boiled egg
L: BBQ chicken deli meat and LF swiss cheese, 1/2 flat out wrap
S: strawberries, hard boiled egg
D: either protein shake or a couple small slices of canadian bacon, a little pizza sauce and some LF mozzerella cheese (little pizzas without the bread).
