 Hi I'm not a Vet, yet but seem to find a lot of sense in Slimpickin's post. Try a small amt of brown rice with fish and some finely chopped Kale or steamed Spinach with some orange to facilitate the Iron .
You are a young woman and Natural Sources of Iron are important. this combo always gives me a lift as does Japanese style/macrobiotic meals.
