Today I'm one month post op!!!  Thanks to the Vets and everyone else. You all are making this journey so much easier.  I start phase 3 today and I'm a little scared, not about overeatting but making sure I eat all the right things. Newbies It will get easier just remember this is not a race and OH is really good suppurt when you need that extra support meeting.

Just take it slow at first .. your sleeve may not like a lot of things you try to put in there at first but experiment.

Congrats on your awesome progress so far!

Congrats. I'm also 1 month post-op today also. It's been an adventure. I've been adding a few new foods starting last week. Just take your time. Some foods are ok others not so much. I agree with all the help from the OH vets. Their support is amazing.

WTG gurl!!!
I agree with Kevin's post above, take things so and be cautious when reintroducing new foods back in your diet.
Best of luck to ya!
