 B: 6 oz Greek Yogurt w/ scoop of Vanilla protein powder 
        (42 grams of protein - woohoo!!)

L:  1/4 cup Turkey Chili

D: not sure - probably chicken with some veggies

W: need to get on it
V:  morning calcium and multi done!
E:  thinking some swimming later

Happy Friday everyone! I have the day off today... embracing my inner child, I'm sitting in the movie theater waiting to watch Disney's BRAVE!!

B: I'm being good, sipping my mint cookie protein shake while everyone else around me are chowing on popcorn & hot dogs!
S: none
L: chicken chili w/ sprinkle of jack cheese
S: none
D: going to dinner tonight but not sure where... I will be good!

Water: slacking... I need to get on it.
Vits: on track
Exercise: 45 minutes of cardio on 10 inch step

We are going to BRAVE tonight too! opening night..should be fun :)
B- 1 egg
S- BF chocolate protein shake with water
L- 1 babybel light
D- not sure yet...but kinda tired of canned tuna and chicken :(

B:  1/2 glass nonfat milk; Italian sweet sausage (the last of yesterday's lunch)
L:  3/4 of a turkey club sandwich
S:  nonfat latte
D:  smoked salmon
S:  Greek yogurt

Water - lagging
vites - done
exercise - nothing formal; more manic cleaning tonight

S- 1 fresh over easy egg from my work cafeteria only 69 cents.

B- 1 scoop berry protien powder in water

L- 1 turkey sausage link

B- 1 sugar free jello

D- treated my self and ordered teriyaki to go. But only a side order of spicy chicken. Only had a couple strips and rest in the fridge for anothr day.

 B:  premier Protein chocolate shake

L:  2 slices veggie bologna
      1 light string cheese
       Mustard for dipping
      Couple bites of organic Oikos Greek blueberry yogurt

S: 1 slice provolone cheese
     3 small slices of peeled apple

D: 1 Gardein beefless burger patty w/slice of low fat American cheese
     2-3 bites cooked broccoli

S: 8 oz soy milk with sugar free chocolate syrup (post work out)

Water:  45-ish ounces so far

Vitamins: on track but forgot my lunch time calcium dose 

Exercise: cardio
