Seriously happy it's Friday.
B: Mint cookie shake

B2: Chicken adobo

L: Shredded buffalo chicken

S: mini babybel light if anything

D: tuna cup

S: not sure

water: 6 cups so far
vites: 1 calcium dose to go
exercise: none  cause I'm going to the Sox game after work

Edited to add I'm blowing out of work early so I can take a walk on the beach

B - poached egg, 1/2 peach (first day to eat raw fruit & veggies, yay!)

L - tuna salad (probably)

D - chicken, going to try a small salad

12:30 PM Lunch: 1/2 Cup Crock Pot Sante Fe Chicken, 2 Tbsp Cheese, 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
3:30 PM Snack: Premier Nutrition Protein Shake
5:30 PM Pre/Post Workout: 2 Babybel Lights
8:30 PM Dinner: 4 oz steamed shrimp w/ 2 Tbsp ****tail Sauce

Water: 2 1/2 Liters so far
