Pack some stuff. Maybe a pop-top can or pouch of tuna salad, a Quest bar, some jerky...you might be able to find a salad with grilled chicken on it and eat the chicken, but it will cost you a fortune.

Remember to drink pleny of fluids (both you AND your daughter!).

Their website says no outside food/drink allowed......BUT it says if you have a special dietary need to visit the guest services office when you arrive and they will let you bring in your own stuff.

There ya go!  It's going to be 100+ degrees there so bring LOTS of water.

If your surgeon gave you a surgery ID card, have that on you as proof that you had abdominal surgery and have special dietary needs.

 What Vy said!

Plus I would add this - Do your own internet research.  Look at their website.  A quick 5 minute search turned up a list of restaurants on the property and some menu ideas.

For example, several of the restaurants serve grilled chicken sandwiches.  Ask for a grilled chicken sandwich with no toppings and no bun.

Theres a panda express, you could eat a mushroom chicken or black pepper chicken without really destroying your diet (Although panda express doesnt use the best cuts of chicken being a fast food place.  The grills are a better option.

The main thing is don't let the whole amusment park thing throw you for a loop and off plan.  Just beause you are there and its fun and harder to find healthy options is not an excue to "just once" dip into the basket of frnech fries or funnel cakes.  YOu are there to have fun with your family, not food.  Stay mindful!
