April Sleevers HOW ARE YOU DOING?

Hi! I was sleeved on April 24th. I'm down 46lbs and eat mainly protein with a few bites of vegetables. My exercise is definitely lacking. Before the surgery I had been dealing with a very sore knee in addition to my chronic back pain(4 bad discs). I was hoping it would get better with the weight loss. It is hard to walk because I can't straighten my leg without pain. I should try working out in water, but it's hard to find the time with two boys, 12 and 10, work and shuttling them to all their afternoon activities. Maybe I should try getting up at 4:30am and working out. Nice idea, but I don't see it happening. Oh well, life goes on...

Hi Aprilians! My surgery was April 30th and I've lost 34.7 Lbs, tons of inches and am now able to wear size 12s and some 10s. I am in LOVE with Zumba for the 360 kinect. I have been doing between 30-68 minutes almost daily now since about week 6 (last 2 weeks.) it is awesome and has so increased my energy already. I even find myself adding in jumps because I feel so good (and because I want to do insanity or p90x someday, but the jumps I saw while reviewing it intimidated me so I just HAD to overcome my fear somehow;).
DVD's: i also bought the brazilian booty lift (so hard, omg), burlesque jazzercise, turbo jam, 30 day shred and some others to supplement my Zumba.

I was sleeved on April 6th. 2012. I am down 47 or so pounds, give or take each day. Scale has been really slow, but I've gone down two pants sizes. i even lost a pant size when the scale said I wasn't losing, which is awesome! Let's see, for excersice I've been really surprising myself and 2-3 times a week I go to the gym at lunch and do he tredmill. Started with brisk walking and have worked my way up to where i can jog about .75 mile, in increments, and do a total of 1.75 miles. I also do light strength training, mostly towork on my bat-wings, or butterfly wings as I PREFER TO CALL THEM . I TRY to stay around 800 cals daily, however I must admit that I do not always follow my diet as close as I should. BUUUUUT, I use my fitness pal which has made me totally accountaqble to myself and my buddies on there as to everything i put in my mouth, which is a motivation because I get embarassed when people see me eating crap!
Overall, fell like my weight loss is average, but for me i am not worried as long as I continue to workout and stay under my caloric limit. I am happy. VSG was the best thing I have done for myself....ever! Gud look everyone!
