I can retire from the Fire Dept in 1 more year .. my goodness how I would LOVE to move to the Caribbean and go to Vet school. Just amazing what your doing!

Love this post and it is an excellent reminder! For me.. I was at a standstill last week and this week there it goes! Everyone's body is different and everyone's journey is different. I know we all get obsessed with the scale and the poundage, but the end result is not to be some model, but to be a more happier, healthier you. Thanks for the reminder!
