L- Curry Chicken, Onions, Fresh Green Beans

D- Bone In Shake-N-Bake Pork Chop 2.5oz, Fresh Green Beans

Vit-Done
Liquids-58oz (by end of day)
Exercise-Yest. 1.2Miles w/ Dog, Tonight-Bow-flex (sp?) Mach.

I am such a boring eater, only my dinners are changing this week, ha!

6:00 AM Pre-Breakfast : Mint Cookie Shake made with water
8:30 AM Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1 Egg White, 1/4 C Cheese, 2 Slices Bacon, Peppers & Onions
12:00 PM Lunch: 1/2 Cup Crock Pot Chicken, 1/4 C Cheese, 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
3:30 PM Snack: Protein Shake
5:30 PM Pre and Post Workout Snack: 2 Babybel Lights (1 before, 1 after)
8:00 PM Dinner:  Bangin' Grilled Shrimp 4oz

Vitamins: AM ones are done, still have to hit my calcium and second multi
Water: Already at 48 oz, will get in at least another 32 before the day is up
Exercise: Workout 2 and Cardio 1 of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution (Week 1 Day 2)

Baked with a bit of garlic, seasonings, and olive oil in parchment.

My first "whatcha eating" post:)

Pre B- Nectar Caribbean Cooler  shake with water and Metamucil :)
B- 1 Frigo light string cheese, 1 slice Ham
S-Mint Cookie protein shake with water
L- 2 oz grilled shrimp
S- maybe laughing cow cheese wedge
D- 2 oz grilled something
S- Chocolate Caramel Protein shake with water

Vites- 2 calcium and 1 multi to go
Water - 35 oz so far - goal is 80:)

Exercise- to get 10,000 steps!!
