I went to the gym tonite! worked for an hr it felt really good. No I Did Not Over Do It. My sister was right in front of me. LOL If you Know my sister then you know how protective she is. I worked all areas of my body except my abs. I'm waiting on clearence from my surgeon that will be nexted week. Time for my sugarfree popsicle!!!!
