Whatcha Eating Today (MON 6/18/12 VSGers??
It's Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. It's a bunch of DVDs (15 I think) that make up a 90 day program. Sort of in the genre of P90x or Insanity, but with JM. I love her!! I am expecting a bootie kicking, ha!

If you google Jillian Michaels Body Revolution you will be taken to the link. I purchased it directly from the jillianmichaelsbodyrevolution.com site. With shipping it was $134.95. I received the box of goodies pretty quickly, a day or two earlier than they had originally estimated. I'm excited to give it a try! I am going to be doing daily blog posts about it on my blog :)

B2: Hard boiled egg with laughing cow light Swiss
L: Turkey "sloppy Joe's" There was a cookout at work, and I did not have a single bite of any of the food (none of it was on plan). Definitely a different experience!
S: Mini babybel light
D: Filipino Adobo (my first try, obv adapted so there's less fat, we'll see how it turns out I guess)
exercise: My usual beach walk
water: 12 cups so far
vites: almost all done

B: Premier Protein chocolate shake
L: Soy chicken w/BBQ sauce (2 strips about the size of a potato wedge)
S: 1/2 cup non-fat, low carb, no added sugar frozen yogurt (I know, I know)
D: Soy chicken w/marinara, parmesan, 1 oz mozzarella (ate a little more than 1/2 of the "breast")
Water - 71 ounces
Vitamins - on track....sorta.....always forget my lunch time dose of calcium : /
Exercise - elliptical x 30 minutes (only 3 more weeks until I can start core exercises and weights)
