L- Curry Chicken w/ onions,green peppers, Fruit Salad, Fresh Green Beans

D- Shake-N-Bake Bone In Pork Chop 3oz, Fresh Green Beans

I dont feel well today so its not a good eating day but I'm going to try and get in what I can

Exercise: none tonight
Vits: morning done

Water: floating away and will keep drinking

 B- Home made Peach and Banana shake with 1 tablespoon of protein

L- Grilled chicken breast with carrots and peas

D - Berry Protein shake

Water - 48 oz including the shake from this morning and 40 oz of water.

Vit - Done

Calcium- Done

Work out - Staying a train station before mine and walking home

6:15AM : Pre Breakfast- Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Shake (made with H20) w/ my Vitamins. Thank you for posting about thisone!
9:30 AM : Breakfast-1 Egg, 1 Egg White, 2 Slices Bacon, 1/4 C Shredded Cheese
12: 30 PM : Lunch-1/2 Cup Crockpot Chicken (w/ beans & corn) 1/4 C Shredded Cheese, 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
4:00 PM : Premier Nutrition Chocolate Shake
7:00 PM : Grilled Chicken and Veggie Kabob

Vitamins: YEP, have two calciums left for the day.
Water: 8 Cups so far
Exercise: Workout 1 and Cardio 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (Day 1 of 90!!!)
