Amen to that! Weight loss = freedom! I have a long way to go to reach goal but I don't miss those 112 lbs not one bit. My life has dramatically changed in how I feel and I no longer have a 112 lb weight dragging me down!

Awesome job and keep up your success, activity and wonderful maintenance lifestyle. It is so worth it!
