Here are my values for today. My daily coffee always shoots my calories way up, but the rest of the numbers are pretty good. I can not give up my coffee since it is the only thing to help keep my regular. I am still working on my liquids, so I hope it will be more by tonight. I haven't added in my vitamins. I am sure the numbers will be higher but I never add them in.
