B- Pot Roast 3oz

S- 2 Crackers, Cowpal Cheese

L- 1 rib from Outback, 5-6 pc of Broccoli

D- 2 Egg Whites, 3 sl ready Made Bacon

Vit- When I get home
Liquids- Still Working on them
Exercise- Walking with my Dog tonite

 2 tbsp mashed potatoes for bfast. It was the only thing I had. Gonna try the Refried beans with salsa and cheese for lunch. And prob and egg and cheese for dinner.

Any suggestions how to cook one egg scrambled?

 I just mix it up and cook it with a little PAM in the pan! Then add the cheese after I put it on my plate...

Hey Jen! Hope you are having a great week.

B: double stuffed cookie protein shake
S: iced coffee with s/f vanilla syrup
L: KFC grilled chicken thigh w/ some veggies
S: ???
D: beef w/ asparagus

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: none ... I need to get on it!
Exercise: walking at least!

 Hey Jenn...  I remembered to post today!! You and your shakes they always sound sooo fricking good... I went to Starbucks last night and got a latte Skinny Vanilla w/ scoop of protein, it was OK not really a strong taste.  I will try the cinn. one next time! Have a great WeekEnd! This day cant end fast enough at work for me, just passing away the time on OH

Jen I hate to admit this on my end, but adding protein powder to my iced coffee just jacks it up!!!!  I'll get whooped again from Jimbo since he got on my case yesterday for the Walden Farms "crap" that I like but he was the one who got me to try adding a protein shake to my iced coffee. 

Dang it all to hell & back!!!  I will neva add protein to my coffee again!!!

IMO, I prefer the mint cookie but I would say the Double Stuffed Cookie is a close 2nd.  Reason being, my favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip from Rite-Aid. 
Gurl, I need to thank you everyday for the mint cookie protein shake discovery.  I have never enjoyed a protein shake so much before!

I haven't had my VSG yet, but I look at what people are eating.  Are ya'll choosing to eat so little or is it all that your sleeve will allow you?

Hi there,
I am almost 10 months out.  I can eat a lot more now than I could a few months ago.  I choose to have a fairly light breakfast, usually a protein shake or something like a hard boiled egg with a string cheese.  The iced coffee tends to keep me going & I can use the caffiene boost at work.  Usually I prefer lunch to be my biggest meal of the day.  I put 1 chicken thigh even though I could probably eat a leg with it but I'm trying to get a little more veggies in my diet.  I try to plan my dinner in advance.  Sometimes it's something as light as plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese if I dont have any dense protein readily available when I get home.
