Me too.......lost an inch.....messed up my whole BMI calculations......

Think we had that much fat on the bottom of our feet.... I did go down a full shoe size.....

Oh well...... I gained some length somewhere else......good trade I guess !

Ok - here is a kicker for everyone! LOL

I haven't even lost weight yet - but was measured for my cap and gown in high school as being 5'7 1/2. Always used 5'7 on my driver's license.

Went to have my first child and they were admitting me to the hospital and said 5'5.

Had my second child and was 5'6 - so I shrank 2-2'1/2 inches, grew and inch and now am totally confused as to what height I may really be. LOL

Weight loss kicks back in gear in December after #3 arrives. LOL

I'm just saying that it may not be due to height and completely on the measurer. Either way you've done an amazing job Alison.

I honestly think it has something to do with the weight we carried. I have always been 5' nothing my whole life & when this process started for me they measured me at 5'1.5".  i'm curious to see if I'll lose that 1.5" as I lose the weight. I think it's like shoes too, ever notice you were a smaller size at lower weight? When I did Optifast & went from 205lbs to 147lbs I changed shoe sizes from a 7.5 to a 6.   It is a weird thing though i will say.

i used to be 5'5" and now am 5'4".

BUT the benefit of being thinner is that it makes us look taller, i like to think.
