LOL Thanks man! Its been an incredible journey and I've said it before. All I do is follow the same plan that you and many others did but with a very big excercise routine. If you stick to the plan you will see results :)

BTW, I'm less than 2lb's away now.. Won't be logging until my weighin next Tuesday though. :)

Keep giving your no BS advice around here. Wish more people would give truthful opinions around here and not try to hurt someones feelings when in reality its just hurting them and giving them false hope.
