If you like it, it's helping you get in your fluids,and not stopping you from losing, then keep drinking it. I think we have given up enough for our new tummies that we can stick with our diet iced teas. Hell, it's not like your drinking gallons of Popeye's sweet tea! ( My weakness, pre op)

this is pretty much what I do....
though considering what we all have been thru, aspertame may not be a big immediate concern to many....   See what works for YOU!!

 My only problem with it is personal LOL Too much aspertame gives me a tummy ache (always did, not just since surgery), so I can not rely on drinks like this to get all my water in. I drink one diet tea a day and it does not bother my stomach, but if I do more then that I pay for it.
