OT - Mean facebook post and pic!

I find facebook to be a fun means of keeping in touch with friends and family spread here and yonder.  I'm also pretty picky about who I allow on my friend's list.  

 Imagine my surprise to wake up this morning to find a 'friend' had posted this nasty little gem.
 I took the liberty of marking out identifying features of the strangers she had photographed and posted to her wall.

Why on earth would anyone post this on facebook?  Makes me want to take a picture of her and caption it, "This is who I sit by when I want to feel intelligent!" 

Who knew we made people of normal size feel so much better about themselves just by sitting next to us!  Twelve people already 'like' it.

The last comment was made by her retired dad to her teenage son.  Her dad was one of my high school teachers - I'm pretty sure he meant ogle, not google, LMAO!!!  Her grammar leaves something to be desired, too. 

I'm ready to get this surgery done, then sit my skinny self down next to her at the next class reunion and start picking her apart! 

Edited to take out the photo.... I'm not comfortable having it here even though I blocked faces.  They deserve their privacy.  It was a photo of a morbidly obese woman and man in bathing suits, enjoying their day on a Hawaiin beach.  And yeah, the 'friend' is gone.  I didn't say a word... not much for drama, but she did go poof!

Her comment is bad enough.

 See, I am a total ***** on facebook b/c I can be (and b/c I really just don't care), so I probably would say something snotty, make her look like an asshole and then block her. 

 Yep, I would have sent her a private message at least to put her in her place. I had a guy friend who I dated years ago on fb who took a pic. of very large women eating pizza and put "no wonder your a fat a##). I put on there how rude hateful he was and I couldn't believe I was friends with him on Fb. He was deleted and if I ever see him I act like I don't know who he is.

I have gotten rid of more "friends" on facebook because of hateful 'fat people' comments that they make. The last one was made by someone I considered a pretty good friend. She use to live in my same small town, but her husband is military and they moved out east a year ago. Well apparently a week or so ago their town got hit by a tornado and she went online and stated that it was just like being back here, only at least there they didn't have any "Dirty, stinky, fat people trying to get in" to their shelter. I immediately unfriended and blocked.

Facebook is good for one thing: Showing people's true colors.
