There was more about the shirt and other pics, but i gave up with technical issues. I'm tired :-p

 Alison,

Happy birthday and happy surgiversary!  You are one of the ones I'm always happy to see on the boards.  Your advice is always sensible and helpful - even if others don't like it.

Congrats on all you have achieved, and best wishes for the future.

I'll try to be brief.  Since I moved, I no longer have my former employer's laptop.  Mine is a bit iffy... *****y actually. It could freeze at any minute.

I'm always impressed by your activity level. I workout pretty hard, but you are a machine! I'm starting a new routine tomorrow to shock my system.

My favorite from your list "-discovered bones I never knew I had". I so relate!  And since my gallbladder surgery, I can eat anything.  You are right, it is all about choices. But now I am making the choices without a huge bottomless pit of a stomach and an extra 150 pounds.

Today while walking out the door, I glanced at the mirror and said, "damn, I look good!"  I do.

I haven't found a doctor in my new state yet.  I'll start the plastic surgery research in a couple of months.

You've been more strict with food than I have, but I always knew that I would have to tighten up eventually. I'm at that point where I am going to start counting stuff like carbs and calories. That's ok. I'm feeling extra motivated. My birthday is in less than 2 months. I view this committment as a way of loving myself.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BTW!
