B: hard boiled egg and 1/4 cup blueberries
S: cottage cheese snack cup
L: vanilla greek yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries
S: 2 oz deli turkey
D: Quest protein bar
S: whatever fruit I have at home

Exercise: none tonight, its my hubbys first motocross race of the season!

water: on track

vits: oops, speaking of. I will take one right now!

B:  2% latte; hamburger w/ketchup
L:  seared trout in lemon butter sauce with broccolini and grape tomatoes - very tasty!
S:  nonfat latte
D:  Greek yogurt and roasted edamame (not mixed together!)
S:  probably, but who knows what

Water - on track
vites - done
exercise - nice, steady cardio walk for 45 minutes on the treadmill tonight and probably do some weights with my legs

Looks like Broccoli thinner and smaller heads I think it's mixed with Chinese broccoli

L: 2 oz Ground Turkey Breast w/taco seasoning
Black Beans, 2% shredded,lettuce, greek yogurt
3.5 TJ soy/flax seed crisps

D: Scrambled egg
Laughing Cow wedge
Morningstar breakfast sausage

S: Nectar - Twisted cherry
Premiere protein shake

Water - 80oz so far
Vites - done
Exercise - nite off

Brunch: I woke up late... Had a hard boiled egg, 1/2 string cheese
S: iced Coffee
D: early dinner at Lucille's ...
I haven't eaten dinner yet but plan on ordering "dry" beef ribs. Not sure if I can eat 1 or 2. Few bites of peanut slaw.
UPDATE: I didn't even finish 1 rib... I had no room for peanut slaw, wah!!!

If I get hungry later, I'll make a protein shake

Vits: on track
Exercise: I didn't make time yet but I will do some walking.
