D- Not sure (Going To Be Beach Bound In Bout 4 hrs. For The Weekend)

L: 3 oz cajun smoked chicken breast
D: a night out - so not sure - getting back to core diet again!

Exercise: 2 mile run in prep for tomorrows race
Vitamins: Did my base stuff - calcium when I get home from work
Water: 32oz thus far

B: Premier Protein Shake

B2: Turkey sausage "bites"

L: seared scallops (NUT said these were OK for the soft food phase and I would highly recommend them, 2oz has 73cal, 2 carb, 3 fat, 10 protein)

D: turkey pizza burgers (basically just lean ground turkey with some tomato paste and seasoning done in the slow cooker, and a bit of low fat melted mozz on top. Having some friends over for dinner, they'll partake in the bread but obv I won't).

Exercise: also a beach walk this evening

Vites: all but one calcium

Water: 48oz so far

B - 3 oz yogurt (I realized too late that the yogurt was too sweet.  It was sugary.  I will be more careful in the future.)
3 strawberries

L - 3 oz chicken in Indian tikka masala sauce
1 oz lettuce salad with cucumber/yogurt dressing

D - Leftover chicken with cheese and olives - 2-3 oz
1 large orange
(This meal will take a while to consume.)

Great job getting back on track! I remember a couple weeks ago you posted about needing to find your way back to "old ways" ... keep up the great work!!!  :)

 Yes, I joined WW and have lost 3 lbs since Sunday.  I love the weekly weight ins, motivation and for forth.  Their low carb Simply Filling program is great and it reminded me of the low fat high protein way of eating.  I am glad to be back on track.  Thanks for the posting.
