S: none (got caught up in a meeting at work)
L: 2oz hormel turkey deli style, 2 string cheese, 1 small plum (I was hungry from missing my morning snack!)
S: 1/4 cup blueberries with greek yogurt

Exercise: kickboxing tonight
water: WAY behind, ugh!

not sleeved yet, but working on the lifestyle ahead of time! (primarily liquid diet with small meal to make going full liquid diet less traumatic!)

B- Premiere Protien Shake

D- I'm thinking rolled up turkey with LF string cheese...

Water- so far only 30 oz. But the day is young yet.
Vites- 1 a day womens active, 2x 1000mg Vitamin D gummy

Exercise- Hoping to stop by gym once I have my card unpacked tonight! So plan is  5-10 mins eliptical to warm up, 20mins treadmill, 20 mins recumbant bike, 20 mins weights-upper body today
