D- 1/2 Pork Shake N Bake Pork Chop, 1/4 Cup Green Beans

B- 1.5 scoop EAS chocolate, 2 coffee ice cubes, 1c protein milk

L- 1 egg with a T of queso

S- meatloaf muffin

D- no idea?!

Vites- 1 multi, 2 calcium down
Liquids- Need about 32 more ounces
Exercise- going to zumba in a few

B2: turkey sausage "bites"

L: sliced turkey with laughing cow light french onion

S: mini babybel light

D: same thing as lunch

vites: done!

water: 96 oz so far

exercise: 1.5 mile walk this morning, tried to jog part of the way, also did some stairs at the park

I'm feeling soo much better, thanks for asking! I went back to work today though, not so fun. I wish I could take more credit for the mint cookie shake, but it's just a syntrax matrix flavor. Super yum though

Gurl I need to know more about this matrix flavor cuz mint chocolate chip ice cream is my fave. So matrix flavor is mint cookie???

Mint chocolate chip was def one of my faves too! I used to love to mix it with cookies and cream ice cream, YUM. Yeah, the syntrax matrix brand makes a mint cookie, I really like it. I will say it took me a few tries to get used to it, it's somehow intentionally a bit clumpy so that it kinda tastes like you get to chew on a little cookie, lol. I know it sounds weird, but it works. This is my new favorite, especially in the morning because it doesn't taste bad after I brush my teeth, lol.

I got mine on amazon but I'm sure their website would probably have it.
