What happens if you eat cookies and drink diet coke? REGAIN PICS
Frisco,
I humbly thank you for all of your input here on the boards, you, Ruggie, Elina and others from the "tough love" camp are the reason I was able to get my **** back together. I had enough people in real life telling me that it was OK to eat donuts, so I didn't need that kind of "support" on the boards.
So again, Thanks for all the time you spend here.
Heather

Thanks so much for the inspiration! The pics are great (love the regain picture - so funny!)
I completely agree with what you've said about getting back on track - get rid of the processed carbs, get the dense proteins back in. It's so, so, so easy to slip back into old habits and not think that your sleeve is still working for you. Spend a day eating like we're supposed to and you realize that it's still there if you'll give it a chance.
I haven't made it to goal yet. I made it to within 15-20 lbs and then allowed too many old, bad habits to creep back into my life. Yeah - that emotional/stress eating stuff is not over for me either! Over the past 8 months, I've had a 5 lb regain and while that's not overwhelming, it does seem pretty significant since I was trying to lose those last few pounds!
I'm currently on day #2 of the "5 day pouch test" and it's such a good reminder of how hard we've all had to work to get here. So helpful to realize that others have been in this regain mode, but have found the power to get back on the train.
Congratulations to you for realizing you needed to get back to plan, making a plan and working it! Another solid reminder that this is a way of life for us, not just a singular race.

Thank you so much for your posting!!! I appreciate your information about weight Gran and getting back on track. I gained 13 lbs, and now I am up 16 lbs, I am st 163 and my lowest was 147. My goal is 133 lbs now. I started back on my program eating plan and exercising more. I am working on my back pain issue and going for physical therapy today. I began working out in the apt's gym on the treadmill and bike yesterday; instead of walk alone. So your piosting was great!
Congrats on your decision to move and get motivated away from items that are not good for us! I am happy for you!
Have a good day!
