Hi everyone. I am about to be 10 months out next week, and I have been stuck at 224 all month long. I have stepped up my exercise to 6 days a week. I was wondering if anyone else has had a stall at 9 months or so?

I'm not loosing either. I had a meeting at the clinic. They said that now at this point it's almost all about exerceses.

Stalls can happen at any time. Have you tried to change up your routine? Different exercises, different meals at different times, etc.

What are you eating?  What are you drinking?  If you are eating anything other than lean protein, vegetables, and a few complex carbs, and if you are drinking any calories, cut it out of your diet.  Lots of lean protein, green veggies, and tons of water will cause those pounds to start falling off again.  Best wishes :-)

My loss has slowed way down, too.  I am about 10 pounds from goal and my loss is excruciatingly slow.  I am going to try to drop my calories a bit for a few weeks and really turn up the intensity on my workouts to see if I can get to goal.

Mostly, at this point, I am trying to recomposition instead of lose, but it's still frustrating.
