They certainly look yummy!  What about the egg cooked in Canadian bacon?  Does that heat up well?

Not aure havent use Canadian bacon... The Deli Honey Ham cups the muffin cup and uses that as a bottom to the egg...

Is the egg rubbery when you reheat it, or do you eat it immediately?

Can you take the egg muffin cups with you to snack or eat later, or do they need to stay refrigerated?

How easily do they come out of the pan or do you use muffin cups in there.

Come on and get with it!!! All the cool people make those. You must not be cool J/K :P

I'm on my fifth batch in the past 3 months. They are very quick to make and easy to just throw in the microwave for a quick breakfast. Get creative with them :)
