D- 2oz Canned Chicken w/ Relsih and Little Light Mayo, 1oz Cheese Stick

tall coffee w/ SF cinnamon dolce and half and half

S- 1/4 oz beef jerky, 1 LC cheese

L- meatloaf muffin (planned but I am not wanting food)

S- 1/2 c frozen fruit, 1/2 cup greek yogurt (planned but I am not wanting food)

D- chili

S- what I don't eat from the above

Vites- calcium and 1 multi down, still need a multi, B12, iron and calcium
Water- 24oz down
Exercise- Zumba tonight

S: Starbucks Iced Coffee (I'm in luv!)
D: Cottage Cheese with salsa

I need to be good today since I went over my calories by 100 yesterday.

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: Crap, I need to get on it!
Exercise: I'm lazy today but I need to do something... walking? I hate these lazy days.

L:  grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, artichoke hearts, a few broccoli florets, a few dips of Italian dressing - it was a salad, but I didn't touch the greens

I had a bad day today.
I had the entire day planned - but I got guilt tripped into eating something I shouldn't have.
Now I'm in a tizzy because I never feel full anymore. I know I'm in bad headspace and that creates an issue with everything. AHhhh!

b: coffee - 1/2 a skinny latte - 1/2 a donut
l: 3 oz chicken breast - .25 sweet potato
s: SF snowball
d: 2 eggs - boiled
nectar protein shake


w: 1/2 done
vits: doing now.

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese
L: 2 very large shrimp with a dab of ****tail sauce on each
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp green tea powder, 3 slices no sugar added peaches, 1 equal.....all blended up
D: 2 1/2 oz chicken breast, a little dijon mustard on top, 1-2 pickle slices
S: sf ice pop
