No exercise

B  - we won't talk about, twas not a successful mission this morning
S - 100 calorie pack of dry roasted almonds
L -Nacho Lunchable (so bad, I know but my pawpaw died last night and I had a carb fest today!)
S - three chese baked crackers and another package of almonds
D - 1 piece of catfish from chicken express and 4 fried pickle slices

Vits - done
Water - on track
Exercise - not happening, got absolutely no sleep last night, fixing to take a sleeping pill and call it a night...

B: 1tbs of peanut butter on 1/2 low carb soft taco.
L: 1tbs of peanut butter on 1/2 low carb soft taco.
D: 3oz chicken thigh and 1 slice tomatoe.
S: 1 CheeseHead light string cheese & 14 BBQ Habanero Almonds.
S: 1 Slim Jim Monster Tabasco flavor.

Water: 10-8oz cups
Vits: done
Exercise: Swimming for 1 hour and mowed the lawn.

 B. protein coffee ( syntrax chocolate truffle)

S. 1/4 c cottage cheese with 2 oz lite cinnamon applesauce  

L. 1/2 catfish filet and 2 T tartar sauce 

S. 1/2 banana

D. 1/4 c spaghetti squash, 1 oz boiled chicken breast and 1/4 cup velveeta and rotel dip ( chicken spaghetti made with spaghetti squash)

S. 1/4 c special k protein cereal with 1/4 cup hood calorie count down 2% milk

Vitamins and water - done
Exercise - none to speak of.
