This.  It barely qualifies as bread and you definitely have to develop a taste for them.  They work best with the salads - chicken, tuna, and egg - although I've also put cheese on them, and peanut butter, and lunch meats.  They're 12 calories and lots of fiber.  Taste like rye.  Very, very crisp!

 Not wanting food today for some reason...

B: 1.5 scoop protein shake + protein milk and 2 coffee ice cubes (sipping on it all day)
S: chai latte (homemade)
L:  Mozzarella stuffed meatloaf muffin (sitting like a lead brick in sleevie today)
S: maybe some cocoa dusted almonds?
D: chili

Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: taking some now
Exercise: either karate or water aerobics tonight

I am not very hungry today, so we'll see...
B: one hard boiled egg and lite laughing cow cheese mixed together
L: Alan's homemade chicken stew- he made it with chicken thighs this time, I think he wants to fatten me up a little.  :)  Good luck with that, I can still only have about one cup max, and that's about 200 cals.
D:  Persian hamburgers and pickled veggies

still recovering from having strep this weekend so I'm still not very hungry..

B: hard boiled egg
S: 1 cup fresh watermelon
L: 2.5 ounces deli turkey and 2 string cheeses
S: 1/4 cup blueberries
D: something on the grill

exercise: beach volleyball
water: way behind because my stomach is queesy

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese
L: 2 extra large shrimp with a smidge of ****tail sauce on each
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 4 frozen no sugar added cherries and an equal all blended up
D: 2 1/2 oz salmon, a few pickle slices, probably 2
S: 1 no sugar added fudge pop



Water: half done
Vitamins: ditto

 I use Designer's Whey vanilla. It's very good and compliments so many other flavors.

S:  Cheese spread with 2 crackers
L:  Small salad with turkey, 1 T baked beans,
S:  Couple chunks of mango
D:  2 oz meatloaf with ketchup
S: 1/4 cup applesauce

I am so tired of eating the same things.  I think it feels like that cuz when I buy or prepare something, I eat out of it for days it seems, cause of the small portions. I'm tired of tuna salad, chicken salad, chilli, meatloaf, eggs and bacon, string cheese.
I made some of those breakfast egg, cheese and sausage muffins and ate 2 of the 6 and the dogs ate the other four.  Is anyone else tired of eating the same thing all the time?
