B: 1 spicy turkey sausage & .25oz creamy toscano cheese
S: Starbucks iced coffee w/sugar free vanilla syrup, 1 splenda & fat free half & half
L: 3 grilled chicken wings, tiny salad w/salsa dressing
S: turkey pepperoni crisps OR string cheese
D: Strawberry protein shake with sugar free PB syrup
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: More walking today. If not, cardio tonight!

I put them on a paper towel or plate and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Allow to cool (this only takes 2-3 minutes). The slices get hard and crispy. I love to eat them by themselves or I've even eaten some with a hard boiled egg. They are yummy cold or hot'n'crispy!!!
