6:00am Protein Coffee:

8:00: 1/2c Cottage Cheese, Blueberries

10:45 am: 1/2 c Tuna Salad (homemade)

1:15pm 2 1/2oz Jarlesburg Swiss Cheese

3:30pm : 1/4c Tuna Salad

6:00pm: 3 Peanut Butter Protein Balls (Homemade)

Planned;

7:00pm Protein Coffee (after workout)

7:30pm  2 1/2oz 90/10 Grass-fed hamburger & 1/2oz American Cheese

Vites & Iron: done
Liquid: I quit counting after 64oz
Exercise:  walked this morning, heading to the gym next

B - 1/2 pack of lemon pepper tuna packed in water with 1tsp lite mayo. Plus, 8.25oz light chocolate muscle milk.
L - 1oz beef brisket and 3/4 oz cheddar cheese
D - 1/2 of a hamburger on healthy life wheat hamburger bun with onion and tomatoe, light mayo and mustard.
S - 1 Cheese Head light string cheese.
S - Breyers Low Carb Vanilla icecream 1/4c (needed a sweet).
