L: 3oz. Chicken w/tomato slices

D: I hope to stick to my chocolate shake with sugar free peanut butter torani syrup
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: Crap, I need to get on it!
Exercise: 30 minutes of walking already and hopefully 20 more minutes this afternoon

I was so excited to finally be able to eat my turkey sausge - had 1 turkey sausage patti (brown and serve type) 6 tbsp of liquid egg whites and 1 oz. lf colby-jack shredded cheese. Yum, yum, and more yum. AND I was finally able to take my multi-vitamin (with this meal) and not get sick after. Thinking I should just eat this every morning - lol.
