As to losing the 7lbs.
I would just limit your carbs and lower your cals. for a while. I'm not into that 5 day pouch test thing...seems very drastic ! I bet you can get those 7 off in a month !

To lose you 7 pounds go back to basics! 100 oz of water, 80 grams of protein and less than 40 carbs. It'll be gone in no time!
