I can't even begin to express how much better I feel, both physically and emotionally since the day I made the decision to change my life for forEVAH.
I still have a few more to lose, I may even change my goal...but from 16/18 to 8/10 ain't too bad.

I need to take some more current full body pics, but here is what I have from being bored at work the past couple of nights.
If you are on the fence regarding VSG...do it. I have never been this happy and this ALIVE
