D- 2 Turkey Meatballs Flame Broiled, 1/4 Cup Green Beans

I'm preop (VSG 5/30/12), but today its:
AM - iced decaf w/2%
B- 1/2 C NF cottage cheese & 2 oz roasted deli turkey
L- 6 oz NF/SF yogurt, 3 oz roasted deli turkey, green beans or broccoli
D- 3 oz tuna, green beans, 1/2 C NF cottage cheese
Sx2- Premier Protein Shake
Lots of water. I'm going for a gallon today as I want to be nice & hydrated for surgery.
OFF SUBJECT: I see you are 5 wks postop & you're eating regular foods(?). I'm going on a family vacation 5.5 wks after my surgery and want to know if it is probably that I will have the routine down & able to eat in a 'normal' fashion? Thoughts/sight appreciated. The three words in my head for postop are sip, protein, walk - mantra...word...

B - skipped it...I know bad, but there was no way anything was going down till after noon today, persnickety sleeve this morning, managed only a couple sips of coffee before giving up
L - 1 piece of bread with 1/4 c homemade tuna salad
1/2 of a 1 oz bag of funyuns
S - other 1/2 of the funyuns
D - my tilapia concoction that I am hopelessly addicted to....and maybe a bite or 2 of some greek pasta salad I am making for the family cookout...
Not doing so well on liquids today, but the only thing I got down yesterday was liquids so I am still pretty hydrated I guess
Done with vitamins
Exercise - did enough yesterday refereeing 5 soccer games that I am giving myself the day off!
