Whatcha Eating Today (Fri. 5-25) VSGers??
Trying to hold myself accountable so here goes:
B: Protein shake
S: nonfat chai latte
L: 1/4c refried beans, 3/4oz turkey jerky
S: nonfat chai latte
D: going out for Mexican so maybe some chicken fajita meat and maybe a few chips and sips of a skinny margarita
Water - 40 oz down
vites - 1 multi and an iron down
exercise - ??

L: Chicken Kabob with squash, red & green bell pepper
S: Chocolate protein shake with sugar free cinnamon syrup
D: Chicken Lettuce Wrap (I think?)
Water: 2 cups so far (I gotta get on it!)
Vits: Multi only so far...
Exercise: 45 min. of cardio within the hour
S: None
L: Chicken Kabob with squash, red & green bell pepper

Today, I am an example of what not to eat for the most part, but trying to hold myself accountable so here goes...
B- 3/4 of a blueberry banana nut oatmeal from mcdonald's
S - jr vanilla frosty from wendy's
L- Lemon Zest Luna Bar
1 oz of cheddar cheese
S- 10 salsa & cream cheese snack crackers
D- chips and the mexican layered dip recipe someone had put on here...so far I would say maybe 6 chips and a 1/4 cup of the dip and I am full
Water - doing ok
Vitamins - done
Exercise - played in the pool for over an hour with my 2 nephews! that's a workout!

L 2 oz grilled calamari garlic and oregano 2 bites of cole slaw
S 1 c ff milk 1 scoop protein powder with 1 tes green tea powder an equal all blended up
D 2 pieces salmon sashimi, a forkful seaweed salad and a tofu square
S sf ice pop
water and vitamins are done. I'll have a cup of crysanthemum tea later.
