Did you still lose weight 1 year out?

No, I have not journaled or counted calories or carbs.  I have irgnored it all.  I was silly...
I need to keep my calories at below 800 calories to maintain or loose.  I am 64 and have not been very active.  But I am beginning today as thou I am newly sleeved.  That is what I must do for life.  

Yes, I will not gain it back!  I am getting mentally right today.  thanks....

Hey Frisco!

Do you track your food still? I know you have been out for a good while and maintained well. What all do you do to stay on track? I admit I don't look forward to having to monitor everything for the rest of my life, but I guess I need to get my head in the game and figure out what I need to do to make my goals.

Thanks for your input. I love all your food stuff. Do you have your recipes somewhere? I love seeing all your great food ideas!!
