You have my sympathies.. I went through a cyst scare (or I'm assuming it was a cyst) several months ago.. pain bad enough, and lasting long enough that it finally drove me to the drs office.. very personal ultrasounds, and a CT scan.. the ultrasound seemed to show an 11cm mass.. the CT scan showed.. nothing! Nothing! Just fluid build up in the area..
Days later- the pain subsided (it had been around for more than 2 weeks.) I get twinges, but nothing like before.. where it hurt to sit up straight.. betting it was a cyst, and betting the Gyn was bumping up against my intestine when he though he was seeing a cyst.. Ugh.

So sorry to hear you are still suffering. I am glad that the ultrasound got moved up and hope it will give you answers for what ails you. Stay on them if the pain meds don't cover your pain!! WE have to be our own advocates too much of the time, but if we don't, we are the ones that suffer.
On another more happier note, it was great to meet you in person on Saturday. Hopefully, there will be more of these get togethers.

Ugh, I'm so sorry you're in pain, cysts are really the pits. I occasionally get ovarian cysts, but I've also gotten para tubal cysts. The last one got really bad; I had one surgery to hopefully remove it but when they went in it was attached to my fallopian tube, so they just drained it. Less than 5 months later, it was back and about the size of a grapefruit. It was twisting my fallopian tube on itself causing the blood flow to stop. Definitely one of the most painful things I've ever been through, and lost one fallopian tube as well. I hope they figure out what is causing your pain and get it resolved ASAP.
