165 Pounds Lost! I am actually getting into bodybuilding so I am so glad I didn't go the RNY route. You can do this. Believe me - If I can do it you can too.

I know - Still got some tummy fat but I don't know if 190 is a realistic goal or not. I just left it on my ticker for the heck of it. If I reach it cool and if not thats cool too.
